horsnround.net Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the horsnround.net program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. horsnround.net may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with horsnround.net.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the horsnround.net program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
It is your responsibility to read terms before you sign up. By signing up to site you agree to all terms and rules depicted by the site owner now and any modifications made.
You may not put our account on extended vacation without prior approval of site admin/owner no exceptions. This means any account on vacation more than 2 week of lst click.
You must not us false claims or lie's about site in any form of communication as forum's, advertising or any other. Any member caught spreading false unfounded information about the site or its members will be deleted without question and lose all earnings.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing horsnround.net account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your horsnround.net account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by horsnround.net be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up horsnround.net. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with horsnround.net. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from horsnround.net. limited to no more than (200) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from horsnround.net, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and horsnround.net are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and horsnround.net. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of horsnround.net. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
horsnround.net will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or horsnround.net program, even if horsnround.net has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, horsnround.net aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Redemptions:
Any Redemptions containing porn,0iframes,cheat links,banned sites,hate,slander, or anything harmful to site and its members will be deleted and 1st time you get redemption back 2nd times will not get it back any after that could cause you to lose your account no questions ask. You will also lose any and all earnings at site. It is sole responsibility of admin to accept or deny any ads with such.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
horsnround.net. Members may earn by referring new members to the horsnround.net program. Members will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by horsnround.net. Members will be paid
via PayPal / eGold / Alertpay . horsnround.net will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum
payout rate set by horsnround.net. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment.

Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with horsnround.net and may result
in legal prosecution. horsnround.net strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. horsnround.net may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
horsnround.net will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
DownLines Sales/Transfers:
Accounts may only be sold by or with explicit permission of the admin.
The site gets 50% fee from the selling price.
EXAMPLE: if your downline sells for $100 then the money is split 50/50 with each getting $50.
You may NOT sell any redemptions earned or given with upgrades!
PTP Clause:
The Paid To Promote is an additional feature to the PTR.
You must be active in the PTR to use the PTP feature,
by clicking a minimum of 200 links per month
If you are caught abusing the PTP your PTP will be suspended and your account is at
risk of deletion.
You may NOT just run the PTP link and cashout!
So anyone caught not getting minimum amount of clicks per month
(i reset counters every month)
1st time lose their right to use the PTP for 2 FULL MONTHS
2nd time lose all ptp earnings.
3rd time lose account and all earnings.
Sorry i have to do this but PTP is a big expense and its not fair to ask advertisers to advertise and not get the clicks they deserve.
Inactivity Clause:
(Inactives are members who have not clicked on a link for 30 days)
Inactive accounts will not receive payout.
Any account on vacation mode whether it be future or past will not be paid if they come up inline for payment.
Payout Requests will be rejected and account will be deleted when found inactive.
Your account and all earnings will be forfeited if your account falls inactive.
Cheaters:
Vacation mode:
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back.
Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms.
If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact support@magnoliamails.com and let me know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted.
CHEATING:
Members who are caught cheating will have their account terminated and will not be paid their earnings.
Instances of cheating include the following:
1) Clicking on more than 3 cheat links in a 1 month period.
2) Caught using automated software to access the site.
3) Having multiple accounts. Examples: same IP address, same Payment Account or same computer ID.
4) Clicking on too many incorrect turing numbers.
5) Being inactive for 30 days or more.
6) You must click on ads not only just logging in.
7) Having incorrect info listed in user's account
8) Have bad interests selected in their accounts such as cheater, I cheat or delete me
9) Having the free upgrade and clicking less than 150 links
10) This site has a 100 click minimum to be considered as an active member to be paid per month
